Survey says

Rain last night made for a muddy walk this morning.
We met with our builder and a survey team to mark placement of the house.
There's still grading work to do and trees to haul away, but the clearing is basically done.
Driveway is still very steep, but hopefully they can build up a lot with what will be dug out for the basement.
